Located just 800 meters from one of the beaches, this bright and newly renovated apartment offers you a separate bedroom with two twin beds also used as a double bed, a kitchenette in the small living room furnished with a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. 4G wifi and AC unit are also provided.
The apartment is accessed via a loft corridor at the top floor of the residential condo building. The seventh floor is reached by elevator or stairs. Garbage room is located on ground level.
The location is very central, with a fruit market, restaurant, bakery and shops next door. Here you are right in the center of the action and have also easy access to/from town, as well as walking distance to Juan les Pins. The train/bus station is a 15 minute walk away, but there is also a bus stop nearby.
The bathroom has a pleasant shower and a generous washbasin.
The windows on one side are facing the mountains, while the bedroom window faces the city centre area. Windows in both bedroom and living room have shutters.
Water is gas heated, heat in the rooms by electric radiators (in use during winter months).
Safe parking facilities just opposite of the building, in the Mediatheque-garage, they have various price plans.
The airport is easily reached by direct bus from the bus station (Express 82), which takes approximately 30 minutes.
Usable Uber pick-up/drop-off point is 15 Rue des Lits Militaires, just opposite the front of the building, by the entrance to the parking garage.
